Weightroom blog

My goal for the day yesterday as it has been for a couple weeks now is to suppass my maximum bench capacity and try and rival my brothers, my workout consisted of bench press, push up, triangle push ups, dumbell fly, lat pull down, body bridge, squats, shoulder press,chin ups and a final 2 sets of preacher curls. i went for close to my maxium weight and and did 2 sets of 7- reps. I think this kinda a workout is very important for the overall fitnessof the mind and body, determination, is just as important to keeping a healthy body. As an avid weightroom and gym person i can reaelly tell when someone just doersnt have the determination to learn how to do exercises properly or to the fullest extent of their bodies. In the end i found the workout yesterday was one of my better, for a full body workout. Today im slightly sore from the squats but overall well. if i were to change my workout i would increase the weight in order to give my muscles more of a workout.

  1. You do great work in the weightroom, and the fact that you enjoy it so much really brings a positive environment into your experience. I think we should go into the weightroom more often.

  2. Bet youre happy that we're finaly in the weight room eh. overall good job you help me in the weight room cause i know just as much about working out as anmol knows about women.
