Teaching this generation
Honestly to be able to teach some of these students in this school is really an achivemnt all in its own, Having goen to theis school for several years i see the level of intelligence and mental moral some of these students are, I personally see these students and just give up hope on them ever making anything of themselfs in life. It makes me sad to see how most of the population of children my age, don't even know how to read or write at a grade eleven level. Let alone speak english langauge without numerous grammatical errors every sentance that comes out of their mouths. For these reasons I wouldnt even want to get my career in teaching but I respect all of you that try. So to all the teachers out there who do manage to teach these kids anything at all, Congratulations all the more to you.

Wow... thanks... I think. One thing you can definitely set as a goal for yourself is to look for the positive in each person and situation. There are clearly some obvious issues with the choices and behaviours of many teens, this class is a great example, but everyone comes with their own history and issues. If we want to we can find what's wrong quite easily, but our own life is much more rewarding when we seek out the small positives and work to bring those out. You have been working hard on managing your own behaviour and attitude, now take what you have learned and look to help others. :) Not easy... but worth it.
