Update blog
I always bring a positive energy towards being healthy to class. however as the years of physically activity ive particpated in within the school have passed by, the enthusiasm i once had to workout with the rest of people in the class has declined. Ive realised how most of the kids truly feel about P.E, more about the sports less about the aspect of the class itself and thats fine. i personally dont believe in playing sports, not that theyre pointless or anything like that, just not my cup of tea so to speak. No one else seems to share my enthusiasm towards fitness and so i usually end up being guilt tripped into playing badminton or something of the sort when i would honestly rather just run laps. If this makes me a poor student in P.E im truly sorry thats the case but this is just how i am.
i believe i deserve 90% in this class.
Dance week
To be honest i did not participate in dance week, I'm not going to lie saying i had fun dancing with the class. Ive always prefered to physically push myself thropugh fitness then trying diffrent "workouts' to have more "fun". i understandthis goes against what the current P.E department stands for im just alittle old school in that department i guess. I excersie to better myself and stay fit, i find the enjoyment in the post workout feeling, rather than the time spent in the classs itself. I realise these views are taboo and looked and negatively (cough cough neufeld) but thats just the kinda person i am.

Pe 12 interm
Please complete the following blog post as your interm report in order for you to reflect on your progress in PE so far. Encourage your parents to read your blog post - we will be conducting STUDENT LED conferences in PE on Thursday, where you will be able to show your parents your blog & my comments (if you haven't already) as well as show them some of the activities that we do. You can cut & paste this template into your blog or answer the questions in paragraphs.
THE BASICS:
Attendance - How many classes have you missed? Why? I've missed a few classes because occasionally I get injured or sore from working out at the gym but still try my hardest to participate
Did Not Participate (DNP) - How many classes have you not participated in? Why? Once, because I had the flu
No Strip (NS) - How many times have you forgotten / not changed into gym strip? Never
How have the above most basic parts of coming to PE affected your ability to participate in PE so far this semester? Positively.
PARTICIPATION:
How would you rate the intensity of your participation on fitness day? On regular classes? Always 100% I feel a workout in which you aren't pushing your body is a waste of time.
Provide a specific example of a class (or two) that you are proud of your participation. Why? I am quite proud of all my work withing P.E. I was try my hardest and always try to set an example to those who are wanting to better themselves
In what ways could you improve? I could learn to try to enjoy playing sports though I much prefer testing myself at fitness

What are your best attributes in PE? My drive to better myself in every area.
