Weightroom blog

My goal for the day yesterday as it has been for a couple weeks now is to suppass my maximum bench capacity and try and rival my brothers, my workout consisted of bench press, push up, triangle push ups, dumbell fly, lat pull down, body bridge, squats, shoulder press,chin ups and a final 2 sets of preacher curls. i went for close to my maxium weight and and did 2 sets of 7- reps. I think this kinda a workout is very important for the overall fitnessof the mind and body, determination, is just as important to keeping a healthy body. As an avid weightroom and gym person i can reaelly tell when someone just doersnt have the determination to learn how to do exercises properly or to the fullest extent of their bodies. In the end i found the workout yesterday was one of my better, for a full body workout. Today im slightly sore from the squats but overall well. if i were to change my workout i would increase the weight in order to give my muscles more of a workout.

Report card

Over this term ive tried my hardest in everything we do as a class, even on these blogs when id prefer to be running. Theres a large variety of the activites we do and i try to get a sample of it each day. Even when the kids in this class mess around and ruin the games at times, i always like to try and find a way to make it better which even when i cant leads me to find a whole new activity where i can find fun in order to get my dailey exercise. To me a healthy body is everything, coming from the weight and health i was in grade 8 i am very pleased with my fitness and the progress ive made. Overall i think i deserve a 90% percent or higher grade in this class.
